The force of this tide alarms me.
I didn't know they could get this strong
Or that waves could be so tall.
I underestimated what I should have known.
I should have known better,
And now I'm in trouble.
I'm in deep, deep water.
I'm spitting out mouthfuls of the stuff,
And trying with all I've got
To stay afloat.
